Prior to starting with NextPaw we had an in-house designer for our site that was not very effective and our website lacked a professional look that we desired. We were seeking a way that we could easily update certain areas on our website like events and have a little control over the look of the site -- with someone else to do the hard parts of keeping the SEO up to date and assemble the rest of the site. NextPaw is a major time saver and allows some customization that gives individuality to each store location.

After hearing feedback from customers about the ease of use on our site and being confident in knowing that when I direct customers to our site, it is professional in appearance and up to date.
