We will [optionally] add hyperlinked social media icons to your website as well as an Instagram or Facebook feed that pulls your latest posts. In addition, when you add an event or promotion to your site in the backend, you can simultaneously push those posts to Google and other websites. Also, every content item on your website (posts, events, promotions, news) has easy sharing functionality for site visitors.

You will need to provide, at a minimum, a logo, brands list, product options, and services list in order to get started with the design process. Sharing additional branding is encouraged as well, especially high resolution photography. We provide an efficient process to provide us this information in less than 30 minutes on average.
We are currently providing free logo design for new customers who do not have a logo. This will only be for a limited time, so as long as you are seeing this message and join NextPaw, we will help design you a new logo for free if you do not have one.
Photos on your NextPaw site should be between 500KB and 800KB in order to ensure fast load times. Resolution varies depending on how the images are being used. The file types we recommend are .jpeg and .png. If you do not have professional photography, we have access to a collection of high-resolution stock photos as a placeholder until you have professional photography of your own available.
Yes. Our websites support video content that can be displayed in the main image gallery or embedded into the website. Video has to be hosted on Vimeo/YouTube, should be under 1 minute, and shot at a 16:9 aspect ratio.
As soon as you sign up, a dedicated designer and project manager start working to prepare your site so you'll be getting value from day one.
You can cancel anytime, providing 30 days notice, by contacting our support team.
It is up to you to pay month-to-month or 12 months upfront. We give you 2 months for free when you pay 12 months upfront providing significant savings.
