Steve’s Real Food offers some of the very best retailer support in the industry and the acquisition is a natural fit that enables Steve’s Real Food to further expand the exceptional way that they already support their local retailers. NextPaw is a platform built specifically to bring independents to the forefront of local search results, boosting their in store foot traffic in an highly competitive digital landscape.
This exciting partnership helps NextPaw to expand their Customer Success team so that they can continue offering exceptional retailer support. The acquisition will also enhance NextPaw’s ability to offer a greater degree of proactive customer outreach. Other plans include an upgraded marketing and company announcement framework so that users (both free and paid) have access to new resources, better product update announcements, and platform training. Also coming soon is NextPaw’s adoption of the best-in-industry education tool: Retail Pet.
NextPaw will continue to work hard to make sure that their platform is the industry gold standard in terms of actual results to their retailers. Longer term goals include developing exciting and powerful new features to the NextPaw platform, such as empowering retailers to access manufacturer assets across the entire pet industry on demand and a build out of new and improved Point of Sale system integrations for our website platform users along with PIM system integrations for manufacturers.

NextPaw’s suite of free products are still available as normal to all pet industry businesses in the US, Canada, and internationally.
