If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Description of Services

NextPaw provides hosted websites, digital tools, software, and related services designed for independent pet retailers. The Services may include:

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

You agree to:

B. Ownership of the Platform

All software, features, templates, website designs, and materials provided by NextPaw are owned exclusively by NextPaw and licensed to you for use only during an active subscription.

C. Imagery and Provided Content

NextPaw ensures that any imagery we provide is properly licensed or authorized. If you provide your own images or content, you represent that you have the rights to use them.

D. Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription:

• Your dashboard access remains available until the end of your current paid term
  
  
• After your term ends, your account will be closed and your hosted website will be disabled
  
  
• Your website, templates, and related hosted content are not transferrable
  
  

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purpose
  
  
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful content
  
  
• Misrepresent your identity or business information
  
  
• Violate intellectual property rights
  
  
• Abuse platform communication tools
  
  

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

5. ADA Accessibility

NextPaw websites are not guaranteed to be ADA-compliant by default.
ADA accessibility features are available as an optional, paid add-on service.

6. Payment, Billing, and Cancellations

A. Subscription Terms

The Services are billed on a recurring subscription basis and renew automatically unless canceled.

B. Cancellation Procedure

Cancellations must be submitted via written digital correspondence (such as email).
Upon cancellation:

• Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period
  
  
• No refunds or credits are provided for partial periods unless required by law
  
  
• After your billing period ends, your account will be closed
  
  

C. Past-Due Accounts

We may suspend or terminate access for unpaid or delinquent accounts.

7. Service Availability

NextPaw strives for consistent and reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Service performance may be affected by third-party providers, including hosting, SMS, email, and listing partners.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Some features require integrations with third-party providers.
Your use of such features constitutes acceptance of the terms and privacy practices of those third-party services.

NextPaw is not responsible for third-party failures or disruptions.

9. Communications

By using the Services, you consent to receiving operational communications, service announcements, and retailer-focused marketing communications.

You may opt out by requesting account deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• NextPaw is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  
  
• Your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use
  
  

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
