By accessing or using the NextPaw platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through:

• The NextPaw website

   

• The NextPaw web application

   

• Hosted websites and tools provided to retailers

   

• Any related products, features, or services we offer

   

This Privacy Policy applies only to retailers who use NextPaw. It does not apply to end consumers or shoppers. Any data collected directly by a retailer from consumers is governed by that retailer’s own privacy practices.

A. Information You Provide Directly

We collect information you provide when creating or managing your account, including:

• Name, email address, phone number, and contact information

   

• Store name, address, hours, services, and business details

   

• Product or service descriptions, pricing, and related business content

   

• Images, copy, or other materials you choose to provide

   

B. Information Automatically Collected

When you use the platform, we automatically collect:

• Device and browser information

   

• IP address and approximate location

   

• Access times, pages viewed, and usage logs

   

• Cookies, pixels, and analytics identifiers

   

C. Information from Third Parties

If you enable integrations (e.g., Google services, listing distributors, analytics platforms), we may receive data from those providers to support the features you choose to activate.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

NextPaw does not sell personal information. NextPaw does not sell information related to your business.

We share information only with trusted service providers who assist in delivering our services (such as hosting providers, SMS and email delivery services, analytics partners, and listings providers). These service providers may only use the information as instructed by NextPaw.

4. Marketing Communications

By creating an account or using the platform, you consent to receiving:

• Platform updates

   

• Feature announcements

   

• Guidance and best practices

   

• Retailer-focused marketing communications

   

You may opt out of further marketing communications by submitting a written request for account deletion (such as via email). Once your account is deleted, marketing communications will cease.

5. Cookies and Analytics Technologies

• Understand how the platform is being used

6. Content, Imagery, and Website Materials

NextPaw ensures that any imagery we provide for use on retailer websites is licensed, royalty-free, or otherwise authorized.

If you supply images or other content to NextPaw, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use such materials.

If your account is terminated or canceled, your hosted website and its content will no longer be available.

7. Data Retention

If you cancel your account:

• Your platform and website access will remain available until the end of your current billing period

   

• After your access period ends, your account will be closed and your hosted website will be disabled

   

• Certain information may be retained for compliance, recordkeeping, business continuity, and backup purposes

   

Backup systems automatically cycle and delete data on predefined schedules. Historical data retained for compliance or operational integrity will not be actively used.

8. Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information in our care.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
